The sessions are one-to-one, your practitioner will ask you about your medical history and do an assessment. This will help them determine your injuries and a treatment plan. The remainder of your appointment will be on the table. The last 5-10 minutes may be used to teach you exercises, stretches, and advice that may help you with your discomfort.
