Main Care Physiotherapy

The most caring and attentive staff I have ever met. I have been to Main Care Physiotherapy for over a year and was always amazed by how above-and-beyond everyone in this clinic worked. The receptionists are extremely kind and accommodating, especially Zara who worked tirelessly round the clock to ensure I was scheduled in accordance to my lectures and extracurriculars. Barbara is an amazing physiotherapist who has treated both my mom (for several years) and I, and has always done an amazing job. Her manual massages stretches and tips to correct posture have been really helpful and allow to ease any discomfort. During my time at the clinic I also received physio treatments from Mathi who did amazing at explaining the cause of why certain areas were in pain than others, and recommended effective corrective methods. Mathi provided manual, TENS, and ultrasound treatments and explained thoroughly how they each would help with the treatment. The kinesiologist, Vincent, was very informative and made sure to cater treatments plans in accordance with individual abilities. I learned a lot about muscles that I had never heard about and how they all play an important role in mobility. His exercises have helped me build a better core strength and have allowed me to do various activities throughout my day without experiencing discomfort caused by my accident. Another bonus was his level of motivation! I also received acupuncture treatments from Mike who was very proficient with the treatments. He provided an extensive treatment which consisted of acupuncture via needling, massage, and cupping treatment--and made sure you were comfortable with the treatments being done. His attention to detail would cause any pain to magically disappear. Overall I was highly impressed by the professionalism this clinic holds. They take the time to get to know their clients, evaluate the problems they are coming into the clinic with, and work to create plans to ensure all clients leave the clinic fully treated! N BADYAL

This place is magical. Staff is very friendly and nice and takes care very well. I went there for my back injury which was taken care by Mathi and I feel much better right after my treatment was done. I have seen many other physio therapy clinic but what I most like about Main Care is that you can just book appointment and walk in where other places you need to do lot of stuff. I went to Main Care for my neck main back in March and it was taken care by Barbara and she is extremely caring and knowledgeable. Amazing amazing amazing place and I definitely recommend people. Every single person that I have interacted with here has been exceptional. Not just good. Exceptional. Zara the amazing receptionist, Mike the acupuncturist, and the two physio therapists there Barbara and Mathie. All of them have gone way above the call of duty, having done way more than other physio therapists I've worked for in the past. Lots of hands on therapy and not just hooking you up to a machine and walking away. I am SO happy that I chose to go with these folks and know that I couldn't be in better hands. DAVID ZIMMERMAN
